Who are we? At The Indie Brand Photography, we are a creative luxury photography service. We offer a different variety of session types, from Maternity, Birthday, Branding, Family style shoots, and more. We are a one-stop shop and we understand the needs of our clients. We offer an unforgettable second to none experience, as well as beautiful portraits and products to last a lifetime.
Products and Investment: Our experiences have many options, with mini sessions starting at $250. And standard sessions starting at $350. A 50% deposit is due upon booking with remaining balance due on the day of shoot.
When's the best time for your experience? Clients are advised to book their shoot at least 2 weeks in advance to the needed dates due to the busy schedule of the photographer. However, rush edits are possible with an additional fee.
Maternity sessions are best booked around 20 weeks of pregnancy and usually scheduled for 29-33 weeks of pregnancy. This can vary depending on individual situations.
Photo sessions are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis due to high demand. What's available today might be gone tomorrow, so we definitely recommend you book ahead of time!
Preparation For Shoot/Will You Show Me How To Pose - I require clients to be prepared in terms of having saved or created ideas. Makeup and Hair done by professionals or up to client standards. Outfits tried on prior to shoot to ensure fit. Poses saved and practiced. I will be at hand for any and all help but I will hold client responsible for preparation. However, we will most definitely guide you through the entire photo session. We will guide you on how to pose, when to smile, and any and anything in between.
Props - The Indie Brand Photography is NOT responsible for providing out of studio props and or accessories, such as a balloons, cake, confetti. In studio props would consist of backgrounds, backdrops, chairs, stools, benches, school desk, pose boxes, graduation year numbers and signs. Fake cigarettes, faux roses, director chair, directors clap board, vintage phone. etc. We encourage clients to provide any props they deem beneficial to the shoot idea,
Clients are allowed a maximum of ONE GUEST on set
Children are not allowed on set unless they are a subject of the session.
During studio sessions, clients are at their own risk. We are not liable for any personal injury that may occur as a result of taking part in this activity. Please be careful and make sure you don't leave your personal belongings behind.
Late Fee's, Cancellation, and Rescheduling -
A grace period of 15 MINUTES will be permitted for unforeseen delays a client may encounter while traveling to the studio for their appointment (this does not apply to mini shoots, or 30min shoots, mini shoot, and 30mins sessions will be cancelled if more than 5 MINUTES late.
Note: For 60 minutes shoots and up; A late fee of $50 will be applied after 15 minutes.
If your shoot/session requires us to set up any special sets, you will be charged for any additional time used.
If you wish to cancel/reschedule your session 48-HOURS OR EARLIER, The Indie Brand Photography will honor the deposit as it can be applied/credited to future sessions.
